Who can see what. Owners and admins always see everything. Everyone else sees only the areas you switch on — so the crew never opens the books, and the books person never touches pay rates unless you say so. Works the same whether you have one person or ten.

Hiding a menu is the polite part; the server refuses the data either way. Every switch takes effect on the person's next click.
